My name is Oneil Williams and I am the founder of BizGoalz, a consultancy focused on helping small to medium Black-owned businesses thrive. I started BizGoalz in the summer of 2020 as a response to the social justice movement, and after realizing that over 40% of Black-owned businesses had failed since the start of the pandemic. With over 20 years of corporate experience and over $15M in sales generated during my career, I want to ensure that more Black-owned businesses are set up sustainably, and for success. We provide our clients with the strategy to execute on their mission and vision by getting things done, one project at a time.
